Shopping centres in Lodz and Konin, (owned by a UK based property fund), are currently undergoing technology upgrades; including BMS, smart metering and digital lighting system integration. Localised measurements of the HVAC equipment were taken to determine where energy performance can be improved, and subsequently a phased modernisation plan is underway.

The results will greatly improve the energy performance, comfort and ensure the properties operate without downtime risk for many years to come.
