We recently connected over 300 gas, electric and water meters to an energy monitoring software platform at Spielberk (a major office, retail and hotel campus in Brno). This was achieved via a mix of wired and wireless meter reading hardware.

Prior to the installation, on-site property managers were manually preparing tenant invoices and had inaccurate consumption data to hand. The new system provides an overview of tenant as well as building consumption trends, alarms and generated CO2 levels that can be remotely accessed using the cloud based system. The data is also useful for reporting purposes related to BREEAM/ESG standards.

So far the system has received over 2 million data packets including 3 years of historical data..
