We were commissioned by MAKRO to design and integrate an energy monitoring platform to the BMS for one of its major logistics hubs. The system provides building managers with access to real-time and historical consumption data (gas, electricity, water etc) enabling enhanced BMS control strategies. The design incorporated software and hardware elements as well as the inclusion of smart utility meters – helping the building optimise energy usage and achieve a higher BREEAM certification standard.
