Macquarie selects Future2
In line with ESG and Net Zero planning requirements, Future2 is upgrading the Andel Park office building to ensure the building meets the internal sustainability standards of the Macquarie Group and conforms to upcoming EU directives.
A complete upgrade of the BMS and cooling technologies is underway. The 2 stage project will initially replace the shell and core BMS components and thereafter FCU and office area units. This is a great example of providing the client with a complex upgrade and freeing them from the restrictions of the current BMS provider, whilst upgrading the HVAC system.
