We are leading an extensive refurbishment of the BMS, energy metering, energy management and HVAC equipment integration at Palac Andel, in downtown Prague. The solution will also incorporate automation of shading and window sensor integration to the new BMS. A new energy management system and control software driven by AI algorithms shall ensure optimum performance and operation of the building systems.
