Deka Immobilien, one of the largest globally active real estate investment companies in Europe has selected Future2 to upgrade the technologies at the Atrium One office building in the heart of Warsaw. The building will undergo an extensive re-fit of the main technology backbone; including the BMS and associated systems and equipment. The results will mean dramatic improvements to the buildings functions, energy conservation, indoor air quality and a reduction of maintenance expenses and “downtime risk.”
